CanServe was built to bring ordering, dispatch, tracking, and proof of service into one place for legal teams across Canada.
Serving documents is a small step in a matter, and one that can hold up everything after it. Too often it means phone calls to find out whether anyone has tried the address, emailed scans of affidavits, and invoices that are hard to match to files.
We built CanServe so the people managing the files can place an order in minutes, see each attempt as it’s made, and keep the proof, the invoice, and the receipt together on the case.
Our intake team reviews every order and a network of process servers and bailiffs carries out service across the provinces and territories.
Do it by the rules
Service that doesn't follow the rules of the court isn't service. Every order is planned around the province and the document.
Show the work
Every attempt, status, and document is recorded and visible to the firm that ordered it. You shouldn't have to call to find out what happened.
Price it plainly
The price is on the screen before you order, with tax shown for your province. Court fees are passed through at cost.
Protect the file
Each firm only sees its own cases. Card details stay with the payment processor, and only the last four digits appear on documents.
