Send us the documents and the person or business to be served. A local process server attempts service, every attempt is reported with the date, time, and GPS location, and you get the sworn affidavit or certificate when it's done. One flat price per city.
What's included
Mileage
No travel surcharge within the city you order in. The price you see is the price of the serve.
Up to three attempts
At different times of day, at the address you provide. If more attempts are needed we ask you first, and each additional attempt is charged separately.
Affidavit or certificate
We prepare and commission the Certificate of Service, Affidavit of Personal Service, or Affidavit of Attempted Service your matter needs.
Service report by email
A detailed report of each attempt: date, time, GPS coordinates, and the process server's notes.

What happens after you order

We check and assign
Our team checks the documents and address, then assigns a process server who works that area.

Attempts, reported
Each attempt is reported as it happens. If the address is wrong, we tell you right away and suggest a skip search.

Sworn proof
The signed affidavit or certificate is sent to you, and kept on your case with the invoice and receipt.

How many attempts are included?
Up to three attempts at the address you provide. If more are needed, we ask you first and each additional attempt is charged separately.
Can you serve a corporation?
Yes. We serve corporations through a person the rules allow, such as an officer, director, or someone in control of the business at its place of business, or at its registered office where permitted.
What if the person is avoiding service?
We record each attempt in detail. That record supports an application for substituted service if you decide to bring one.
