What we set

CanServe sets only cookies the service needs to work. There are no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking on this website.

• canserve_session — keeps a firm member signed in to the customer portal. Expires after an hour of inactivity.
• canserve_admin_session — keeps CanServe staff signed in to the admin dashboard. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• canserve_delivery_session — keeps a delivery partner signed in to the partner app. Expires after 12 hours.

How they behave

All three are HttpOnly (a script on the page cannot read them), are sent only over HTTPS, and are host-only — a portal session is never sent to another CanServe subdomain or to any other site.

Because they are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, we do not ask for consent to set them; you can refuse them in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.

What we don't do

We do not run advertising or social media pixels. If we add analytics, we will say so here first, keep it to aggregate use of the marketing website, and ask for consent where the law requires it.

The maps in the dashboards load map tiles from OpenStreetMap; that request tells OpenStreetMap the tile area being viewed. It sets no cookie on our behalf.
