One flat price per city. No surprises.
Every city has its own price, and that price is the whole serve. The same price for everyone on the website; law firms with an account get a coupon off every order.
Flat-rate fees include
- Mileage
- Up to three service attempts at the provided address
- Preparation and commissioning of any required Certificate of Service, Affidavit of Personal Service, or Affidavit of Attempted Service
- Detailed service reports by email, including the date, time, GPS coordinates, and the process server's notes
Three attempts are included at the address you provide. If more attempts are needed, we ask you first, and each additional attempt is charged separately. Court fees, where any apply, are passed through at cost.

Pricing questions
Is there a sign-up fee or monthly minimum?
No. A firm account is free: you pay for the orders you place, less your coupon.
How many attempts does the price include?
Up to three attempts at the address you provide. If more are needed, we ask you first and each additional attempt is charged separately.
Can I combine coupons?
No. One discount applies to each order: your firm coupon, a promotion code, or a negotiated account discount, whichever saves you the most.
How do we pay?
In advance, by Interac e-Transfer (no fee) or credit card (2% card fee). We review your order and email the invoice with payment instructions; work starts once it's paid. Every payment gets a numbered receipt.
How is a multi-party order priced?
Each address is charged its city's price. Another party at an address already in the order is $75. Rush and after-hours charges apply per address.
Can you serve the same day?
Yes, subject to a server being free: same day is +$30 and super rush (within 3–4 hours) is +$100, per address. Choose it on the order and we call to confirm, or call us first.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes: firms placing more than the monthly threshold get the bulk coupon automatically. For larger programs, request pricing and we'll talk about your volume.
