How it works
A clear path from order to proof
What happens at each stage, and what you'll see in your dashboard while it does.
- 1
Open an account
Sign up with your firm's details and choose a password. We review new firms, and once your firm is approved you sign in to the customer portal and invite your team.
- 2
Place an order
Enter who is being served and where, add your matter reference, pin the exact spot on the map, attach the documents, and choose Rush, Priority, or Standard. You see the price before you submit.
- 3
Intake checks
We review the documents and the address. If something is missing or unclear, the case is marked as needing your action with a note explaining why.
- 4
Dispatch
A process server who covers the area takes the job. The first-attempt due date for your chosen speed appears on the case.
- 5
Attempts and updates
Every attempt is recorded with its time, place, and outcome. Bad addresses are flagged straight away so you can decide what to do next.
- 6
Proof and billing
Once service is made, the signed affidavit is ready to download. Your invoice and receipt are on the same case. If service isn't possible, you receive a declaration listing every attempt.
