Serve and file
From service to a filed affidavit in one order
Many matters don't move until proof of service is on the court file. With serve and file, we serve the party and then file the signed proof with the court, so you don't have to make a second trip or book another courier.
What's included
Service as usual
The same tracked attempts, attempt log, and signed affidavit as our service of process.
Filing with the court
We file the proof of service with the court named on the case and record the filing on your case.
Fees at cost
Court filing fees are passed through at cost and shown on your invoice as a separate line.

Questions
About serve and file
What does filing cost?
Our service price, plus the court's own filing fee at cost. The court fee appears as its own line on your invoice.
What if the court rejects the filing?
We tell you why, fix what we can, and refile. If the court needs something from you, the case is flagged as needing your action.
